Yes, I'm aware this isn't in any way perfect, but to me, who hasn't picked up a brush in literally a year, I think this is perfect. I struggled like HELL with the skin colour, so I'm sorry it is kinda patchy at places, yet I am really happy with this portrait. I hadn't hoped to do it any better for my first time. And it was SO much fun, so maybe I'll do more of these!^^
Her hair is supposed to be black, but I tired to use the blue as a replacement, as black doesnt really work out with water colour. It was a seriously fun experiment, and I am so glad I decided to do this.
5+/- hours with paint, and 5 +/- with pencil at first.
