What you need to know about this picture is that it is a fanart of the bookseries "GONE" by Michael Grant. I started this 2 years ago, for power contest, but never got to finish it. So ive been working on an off since then, just for fun, never thought i would be able to really finish it, thinking i didnt have the skills. But i proved myself wrong, and so this is a gift to all you Gone fans out there.
If you know the book, you should know the characters and the scene (1st book), and if you dont know the book; read it!

What I find most appealing is the way the rocks are glowing and reflecting Sams hands, it is extremely great and eye catching. Very professional looking. I especially love the background and the rocks. I love their stance, It just screams " I'm ready to fight!" Every detail is put to a T. Their hair is amazing and I love how you made the clothing have dimension.
The only thing that really throws me off is the direction Caine is looking in. I mainly think this threw me off because I thought that they has eye-contact at first.
Over all, GREAT piece <3 I, and I'm sure many other people did too, enjoyed this very much. Very eye-catching and I hope you keep up the great work.
