Caine and Diana - Because I Want to Win

Yes, here you have it. The image I actually managed to finish and still I'm quite happy about it... just give it a minute, i'm sure I'll find something to hate about it soon, but as for right now, I'm sick, I'm tired and I really just want to like it! ^^

So, its obviously Caine and Diana from Gone, and this is from the 6th book LIGHT. Spoilers may occur further down!!

You who have read it, im sure remember this scene... I mean how can it ever be forgotten... so thats why i wanted to draw it, because it was a really emotional scene for me. I just really wanted to draw them like this, and i am seriously soo happy right now. Some parts arent perfect, but all in all i think its as good as i can ever do.

I love both the drawings of them. I actually just had planned to do the full body, and then i got the idea with the close up, so i used some hours to add that.

Also this has been a very different drawing for me, as i used a technique i have never tried before; drawing everything on one layer. Well, the background i did as one, and the characters i did as one, so it was difficult but i think i learned a lot, and i did this way quicker than i would have with my old technique, so that was cool. And i am just really happy!!
